Inspired by my Healing Diets studies, this part raw, part cooked, part zero waste meal served a decent amount of calories, enzymes and other nutrients for post-swim replenishing. Air-fried Tempeh, Eryngii and Eggplant, very lightly steamed Green Beans and Okra, home-sprouted Sunflower Seed and Mung Bean, boiled Cempedak Seeds left from a cempedak binge, and Zuchhini Noodles in a soup base of Turmeric, fresh Coconut Milk and leftover water from boiling Pumpkin. I was really proud of this dish, combining my knowledge from studies and personal experience alike.
