It has been a while since I’ve made myself a Big Breakfast! Featuring @verdanya.my bacon - quite delicate to handle but worth the crisp in the pan! - omelette made with @devspice egg mix, organic bok choy and oyster mushroom for a local twist. and homemade pesto on a homemade bun.
Big Breakfasts aren’t difficult to assemble but they do require a bit of prep time. If you prefer dining out, here are some options for vegan Big Breakfasts around the Klang Valley:
🌱 @rgbcoffee - one of the OGs of plant-based BBs in KL and all made from scratch. Its evolution over the years has now landed on the addition of a vegan ‘egg’ - more for aesthetics than taste, but impressive all the same!
🌱 @kanteen_ - not much effort with presentation, but a basic solid and thorough BB that does the job! The sausages are surprisingly yummo.
🌱 @myadorcafe - their BB is default vegetarian but can be made vegan upon request. Sautéing game strong. Price is steep ngl, so make sure you ask for extra ingredients to replace the scrambled egg.

I haven’t tried a dish from this restaurant that I haven’t liked and I’ll update this post once I’ve gotten round to this one, but how delish does it look already?
