😋 I have improved the lava cake recipe I use and it's super easy to make and awesome! Coconut milk works great 🍫
INGREDIENTS
- 65g cake flour
- 100g sugar
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 56ml oil (I use sunflower oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 160ml coconut milk
- Dark chocolate pieces

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven (180C)
- Put all the dry ingredients (except chocolate pieces) into a blender
- Put in all the wet ingredients to a bowl and slightly mix
- Add the liquid mixture to the blender
- Blend for 30 seconds on low power or until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into cupcake molds placed on a cupcake tray
- Insert the chocolate pieces (up to you how big you want em)
- Bake for 35 mins
