jotsdots   Dec 18th 2014 at 3:42AM   2   ▼ Oh this is actually baked Potato Wedges sprinkled with chilli flakes. Nando's one of the few places that utilize oven baking method as a healthier method to retain the taste, texture & using less oil. Same goes for their marinated meat dishes.
