My mum's signature butter cereal dish! This time with "prawn" roll -- bean curd skin packed with turnip and vegetables.
The crispy, fragrant butter-fried cornflakes and oats are perfect for sprinkling on top of rice, and the cili padi and curry leaves add a nice tinge of spiciness.
Actually the roll has prawn shape one... the tail is crispy and shaped like the real prawn tail hahaha.... in my photo it's covered with cereals so can't see clearly 😝
