This Daishimaki Tamago was supposed to be an appetizer but ended up being served last. Nevertheless, it makes a great dessert too.

Buttery smooth eggs wrapped in a thin layer of fragrant egg skin, served with a small dip of mashed, pickled radish, topped with spring onions and sesame seeds. You will relish every bite of this Japanese-style delight as it melts in your mouth!

Free range chickens are running around, they couldn't catch the chicken to lay 3 eggs for this dish lol!
