Hmm, how come salted egg is not vegetarian-friendly, but normal egg is? Both also contains yolk, and farm eggs are non-fertilized nowadays. I've seen salted egg dishes in many vegetarian restaurants hehe.
Eh... I haven't seen salted egg dish on my end de? May b I didn't pay attention... Normal farm eggs are eggs from hen, since the segregate the hens then it is of rare chance it gets fertilised. But conventionally salted egg is made from duck eggs, so far we have seen chicken farms but what about duck farms? Do they segregate the female ducks too ? So unless they are making salted egg from chicken eggs these days or the segregate female ducks from the male ones, otherwise the duck eggs could still be fertilized eggs... I stand corrected. :)
