Fried "shark's fin" with scrambled egg. Fragrant egg stir fried with vegetables. Usually eaten by placing it in lettuce wrap. Best enjoyed with some cili padi and soy sauce! As always, this restaurant serves all dishes within like 5 minutes of your order. Superb 5-star service!
