Banh Xeo, Vietnamese savory crepes. I thought it was a normal crepe size, but it turned out pretty huge!
The crepe is packed with mushrooms and bean sprouts, served with generous portions of mint leaves, lettuce and cucumbers.
There are also a dozen or so pieces of rice paper. Once you dip the hard paper into water, it turns soft like a popiah wrap. You then stuff the crepe and ingredients into it to make Vietnamese rolls.
So huge and following, good for at least 2 people! Reasonably priced at RM14.80 only.
