New vegetarian sushi restaurant in town! They have a few outlets in Penang, and apparently today is their first day.

Tried their vegetable hand roll, packed with crunchy vegetables, vegan mayo, floss and freshly toasted sesame seeds. The crispy G-ken floss prepared with crispy premium seaweed is a delight too.

Besides sushi and temaki, they also serve a wide range of creative noodles, rice and porridge that feels like a fusion of Japanese and Chinese style.
