One of their signature items, Yong Tau Foo, soaked in a mild sweet-sourish sauce. The seaweed wrapping the lady's fingers is a nice touch.

The filling is a bit soft though, lacking a chewy texture. So far the nicest one I've tried is the patty sold by MG's Cafe, but you gotta cook it yourself though.
