Experimenting with grilled eggplant using the air fryer. Coated with some oil, topped with fresh garlic that transformed into fragrant crunchy bits, and completed with a light drizzle of soy sauce.
Also fried some vegetable dumplings and "chicken". Just fry for a few minutes to get a lightly crispy skin while maintaining a soft, juicy filling.
Saved a lot of oil, sweat and time with the air fryer!
