Lemon tart, served with a small pot of vanilla anglaise, lightly poured on top for a creamy flavor. This tart requires 15 minutes of advance preparation, or perhaps it's the vanilla.

The sourish fruit pieces of kiwi and berries wonderfully blends with the lemon tart and contrasts with the sweet vanilla sauce.
