New Puchong branch of the famous Mama Vege in Penang and Ipoh!
Tried their fragrant basil steamed tofu, stir fried emperor vegetables, "monkey king" mushrooms in kung pou-like sauce, and BBQ satay. Each dish is rich in flavor and aesthetically presented.
The satay is pretty realistic in taste and texture, made of mushroom stems. But don't be fooled by the photo -- it is really tiny in actual size, like the width of a pencil!
The menu is quite creative, with fusion dishes and various steamboat options. Prices are reasonable at around RM15 per dish, though portion is a bit small. Will be back for more!
