Newly opened restaurant at Taman Desa serving oriental food with traditional flavors!
The Hakka porridge is similar to Teochew porridge, with small side dishes. The wantan mee soup has a rich soup with fragrant sesame oil taste not found at other shops. The fried wantan is made of mushrooms and vegetables, good that they did not use mock meat.
The apple-looking bun is called Kungfu Bao, which is actually identical to the Lau Sa Bao at dimsum shops with melted salted egg inside. The steamed egg is very smooth and melts in your mouth.
Many more unique items to try, and a nice concept of reviving traditional flavors, serving the food in retro plates and mugs too. Their HQ is in Melaka. Will be back for more!
