Fried "sharks fin" with eggs, carrots and veges, or 桂花翅 in Chinese. Not necessary to eat with rice as it comes with fresh lettuce to wrap it.
If this were a Korean restaurant I'd have dumped in lots of raw garlic and bean paste sauce. Since this is a Chinese-Jap fusion place, I improvised with wasabi and soy sauce instead. Still has a nice kick!

You can improvise next time put chopped garlic chilli paste + sprinkle some lemon juice.
The Korean version is also delicious - they put the spicy bean paste with loads of sesame oil, sesame seeds.
