Super gigantic Cauliflower Steak! Charred whole cauliflower seasoned with Zaatar spice, drizzled with salsa verde, topped with Niko Neko matcha pistachio crumble and pomegranate. Paired with a refreshing glass of nitro Kombucha, like draft beer fresh from the tap.
A unique and delicious vegan meal indeed. The menu there is pretty creative, with a decent variety of meat-free items.
The food is a bit pricey but worth it for its uniqueness. This steak costs RM26 and Kombucha is RM16. They also serve a range of craft beer (a can of beer can cost RM49!), and next door is a dessert shop called Gaga by the same owner.
Will definitely return to try other items!
