Discovered a secret, hidden upstairs cafe in Sea Park PJ! There's no signboard, only a tiny phone number saying "Call For Bookings". I was standing right in front of the gate and still could not locate it until I called the cafe, and someone came down to open the door for me.
Apparently, it's a unique little retro cafe that is so new their signboard is not ready, and they mostly accept bookings only as they cannot cater to too large a crowd. They serve some unique fusion food, as well as imported craft beers, all priced very reasonably.
Their vegan Miss Olfredo tastes superb, with generous pieces of sauteed shitake and king oyster mushrooms, richly flourished with miso wakame non-dairy cream sauce. Paired with the Bed of Nails Brown Ale, an American malt with a delicate body and dry finish, with hints of toffee and dark fruit.
They are still furnishing some of the rooms, and will be selling some phonographs too. The owners used to be DJs and from the music industry, but due to MCO, they have been badly affected and decided to venture into the cafe business.
The food tastes excellent. Will definitely return to try other food and craft beers. Be sure to call first!
