High tea of red wine and matcha lava croissant at this new cafe & bar at Plaza Arkadia, Desa Parkcity.

The Cabernet Sauvignon red wine is only RM10 per glass during this opening promo, the cheapest I've ever come across! The matcha croissant is nice though it looks very alien green. There's also a salted egg version.

They serve quite some interesting fusion food, and beers are pretty cheap too if you buy a few bottles.
