Delicious Japanese-Western fusion new year feast at Mamacina.

Creative starters of Yuzu Kosho Cauliflower with pumpkin puree and Edamame Hummus with wasabi and crispy curry chips. Main course of truffle mushroom chahan topped with egg yolk. Refreshing dessert of Yuzu Creme Brulee, and a Sakura Springtime cocktail of rum, cherry blossoms and lime juice.

There are only a few items for each menu section, but surprisingly there are quite a number of meatless options. Will return to try other creative meals!
