Swiss fondue at an award-winning, authentic Swiss restaurant.
Started with their homemade sourdough bread, where you spread on butter and a rich sauce of basil, garlic, olive oil and herbs.
Ordered their signature Ziger Fondue, prepared with 6 different swiss cheese cooked in white wine. Includes the "Ziger" cheese for connoiseurs — a strong herb cheese, a bit like blue cheese. They melted the 5 cheeses without Ziger first, so we can taste the original flavors, and sprinkle on the strong Ziger after that.
Cheese is not perfect without wine! Paired with a couple glasses of Chilean Merlot and Sauvignon Blance wines.
A single-portion Fondue costs RM80+, double is RM170+. Best to just order single portion which is already pretty filling, so you can try other things.
They have many interesting Swiss desserts too. Was too full to order, will be back to try them! This restaurant only opens at night, best to book first.
