Discovered this French "fine dining" bakery at Doux Doux by Chateau Dionne, at Jalan 17/38 (opposite Seventeen Mall). Tried their signature their bakeries, all look very elegant (but tiny!).

The Pistachio Salted Caramel Paris Brest is the best, with rich creamy pistachio fragrance!

Their signature Cannelés of Rum & Vanilla and Varlhona 70% dark chocolate flavors are very nice too, with a crispy crust and moist custard-like filling.

Tried their bite-sized desserts of Citrus Madeleine and Raspberry Friands, 2 small not-so-vegetarian croissants, and Raspberry Rose Souffle served with berries and pistachio ice-cream. Paired with a hot cup of Varlhona dark chocolate.

This little feast costs RM 150! The Soufflé is the most expensive at RM40, a bit too sweet and overpriced, perhaps the other Soufflés are nicer.

An interesting "fine dining" bakery experience!
