Stir fried eggplant, the signature dish of Esquire Kitchen. Haven't been there for years.. This dish still tastes as great especially the sauce! Requested for meat-free version, basically without minced pork.

Hahha actually I have no idea what sauce they use. But the prices there are not cheap, each dish nearing RM20!
