One of my favorite "chicken" rice, not because of the fried "chicken", but the superb homemade chili sauce. Fragrant, spicy and I can finish a whole plate of rice just with the sauce!
Lol. I dislike frying food at home so I hardly make it. So sometimes crave for it also. But I think have to go buy some erynggi mushrooms to make it now to satisfy my cravings
