Hainan Chicken Rice... Doesn't exactly resemble the hainan style I know of, perhaps a fusion version? "Chicken" is crispy on the outside and smooth inside. The pickled vege is a bit bland though. Nice rice, and I like the cold chili sauce blended with mashed ginger!
