Warning: DO NOT go to this place – one of the worst service I've ever experienced!
Their food is decent, but the staff are so badly trained that primary school kids could serve better. I gave the boss feedback over a period of 3 months and visited them time and again naively hoping for improvement, but the last 3 visits were completely unsatisfactory.
They took nearly an hour to serve a small bowl of porridge, claiming it took time to heat it up (yeah, right). And guess what – the served porridge was cold. Had to chase them many times to get it, and the simple stir fried green vege never arrived in the end.
On an earlier visit, they took over 45 mins to serve a simple porridge – with half the ingredients missing. When we asked, they just nonchalantly said, oh no more of those ingredients. But they never informed us, nor did they replace it with other things until we questioned them. (They finally added a little extra stuff, after we complained). Yet another earlier visit resulted in huge delays for simple food as well.
They used to have a few foreign staff that couldn't even properly understand English or Chinese. Now they have 2 new Chinese staff, but apparently the service is no better.
For a restaurant to repeatedly fail in basic customer service is a strong indicator that it is badly managed, and the boss either couldn't care less or does not know how to run a restaurant.
Goodbye, O'Bean!
p/s: The above picture shows my Soya Curry Chicken Rice. You can choose 25 - 100% spiciness. I chose Extreme (100%) and yet the sauce tasted overly sweet with barely a hint of spiciness.
