Saw @SunnyYong's good reviews of Guan Fatt, so went to give it a try! This pandan chicken (香叶炸素鸡) is very fragrant and tasty... paired with nice spicy chili sauce! This restaurant serves a wide variety of dim sum too from morning till evening, but too bad it's not available until after CNY. I'll be back!

@AmandaPan: I believe it's some blend of mock meat and mushroom, with very fragrant pandan aroma!
