Salted chicken, or Hainanese chicken or marinated fuzhuk or whatever you wish to fantasize it as.
Juicily steamed with mildly salted marination and a slightly crispy outer layer. The tasty mashed ginger and chili sauce are great accompaniments for the dish.
This is the only vegetarian restaurant I know of that refuses to have a food menu even after being in business for some 2 decades. Everything is ordered through their Cantonese-speaking Myanmar waiter.
