Very appetizing Pork Leg Vinegar 猪脚醋! The sweet-sourness is well balanced, and I like that they use the chewy lion's mane mushrooms instead of mock meat. Has an assortment of other mushrooms and egg too. Perfect to go with a big bowl of rice!
