Menemen, Turkish breakfast of scrambled eggs and bread. The smoothly scrambled eggs blended with baked-beans like sauce goes great with the thin pieces of bread.

ohhhh the dip reminds me of muhammara, a turkish dip made mainly from roasted peppers and walnuts.
