Delicious Kung Poh taufoo rice. The gravy is tasty, spicy and salty, just the way I like it!

Even better if the entire plate of rice is soaked and overflowing with gravy, just like the Yee Mee at the far end of photo.

Had it with a hot, soothing cup of ginseng wolfberry honey tea.
