just now take away 3 vegetarian burger and 1 salted egg yolk pasta. asked the waiter whether its without garlic and onion. He say its not in the patty or sauce, and can remove raw onion. but in the end find out the sauce got onion and garlic. Besides, the salted egg yolk got shrimp belacan or xo sauce taste, I suspect it's not even vegetarian. All these are listed in their vegetarian menu

Hi, we have verified with Big Hug Burger's management. They confirmed that there is no shrimp or meat ingredients in their salted egg sauce, and no garlic is used in their burger / pasta sauces too. Hope this clarifies your ambiguities :)

Could you please clarify whether there is onion in the burger sauce? and there is garlic in the salted egg pasta. And the pasta sauce contain no animal substances?

Yes, we have confirmed with them that no onions or garlic are used in the sauces, and no animal substances too 😄

well, burger taste like with onion which we cant be sure. But the salted egg yolk definitely cook with garlic.
