Glad to share with you all the simple home cooked vegetarian dishes prepared by Lai's family starting from New Year eve till day 3 of Chinese New Year.

Each year we prepare meals for three tables and one of the tables is vegetarian food.

Three years ago we started to cook vegetarian soup for the entire family & they happily accepted. This year, we feel so blessed that my father-in-law agreed to have vegetarian dinner for the whole family on the 1st day of Chinese New Year! Yeah!😃
