Stuffed vegetables with fucuk skin. Very crispy and tasty. One uncle who came to dabao his lunch was interested at this dish and we gave him a piece to bring home to eat.

I love this dish too! The mushrooms and vege inside are very chewy. Very nice of you to share with the uncle!
