Boil it together with cinnamon, sugar , all spices , one whole orange juice , one whole lemon juice , half orange peel , n whatever spice u want to add to ur preference. I put nutmeg powder and garlic powder as well. But no exact ratio though so u have to taste to gauge the taste U want
