Morning breakfast to start my Monday. Roasted vegetables with hummus toasted sandwich and a mango jackfruit vineg Joy drink. This sandwich turns out better than I expected. They roasted capsicum giving it the sweetness crunch to it and some hummus spread on the bread and toast it. Quite unique indeed. Good idea for sandwich at home next time.

its worth trying coz it's not like any regular sandwich. It's much better than I expected.
