Everyone is flooding my timeline with vegetarian KFC so today I finally made it. I use mini erynggi mushrooms instead. So it's like mini KFC "drummets". Served on a banana leaf and some sriracha chili sauce. Crispy and the skin can peel off in one piece nicely just like real KFC. 😋😋😋 nom nom nom #joeylnycooks #Meatfree #KFC

Wow you tried this too! I wish I can cook and make this hahaha. What's the online recipe or video you followed, and does the skin taste like KFC?

I just followed the YouTube link. Kekeke. But there is a lot recipes online. N the skin taste similar but not exactly like KFC. KFC skin still have more spices. But it's still very good. I made like 50 mini KFC drummets n everyone finished everything! 😁😁
