Afternoon snack. Mixed salad for my bhel puri. I diced Avocado , truss tomato , sweet corn , onions. Add the bhel puri pack , crackers and sweet and spicy sauce to it and mix well. Love this ! π
It's a famous Indian street snack food. Made out of puffed rice , sev , crackers, peanuts and the diced vegetables. Normally onion and tomato. With few sauce to add to taste : tamarind sauce for the sweetness and Chili sauce for the spicy kick
Coz a lot Indian dishes uses cream , butter and ghee so i think that is fattening. If we use less oil and omit all those to cook it's actually quite healthy coz it's all water , veggies and spices only.
