Actually it's jut like radish or ridge gourd. It absorbs taste from what u season with. Yeah I cook till they are slightly soft so it's all cooked. Coz I put on low fire for more than 20 minutes so the papaya can become soft , cooked and the sauce thickens
Cooking is a art and a passion n there are endless possibilities. Maybe it's in my genes also coz my grandpa and uncle are chefs but sadly I've never met them n my dad once had a restaurant. My dad always call me to the kitchen n ask me to watch him cook.
