Bought this Japanese onion so wanted to try.it actually taste quite good. Stir fried some green n red spinach together with the onions and some spices. With quinoa replacing the rice and fried egg on top to go wif it.

Yeah replace rice co ran out of rice. Have a lot quinoa at home so eat those first.

Yeah, quinoa is much better than rice.
