Restaurant's atmosphere is good, the only improvement needed is on the staffs, firstly the number of staff is not enough as there were only 2 of them to serve the whole dining area during peak lunch hour; secondly is their knowledge on using Kindmeal coupon, my phone was taken away for nearly 15mins for them to identify how should the Kindmeal coupon can be activated. Food wise, generally good but only the satay was with thick gravy(a bit cold), and the cracker was a bit tasteless.
Oh my, I wouldn't let them take my phone away. Maybe next time you can ask the staff to come to you instead. I think there's a reason why KindMeal makes us the users activated the coupon ourselves. 😊

But they seemed have to key in the code by referring to the kind meal coupon into their system, anyway is okay as I trusted them and eventually they didn't disappoint me by doing smtg strange though haha
