Secret Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 1 cup skim milk
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a bowl combine flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl combine milk and peanut butter.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Mix well.
  5. Turn out dough on a lightly floured surface and knead.
  6. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into shapes.
  7. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
  8. Cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
