Secret Ingredients
- 1 x Frozen peeled banana.
- Teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
- 1 x Coconut Water with flesh.
- One cup of rolled oats.

- Preparation
- 1. Stick a banana into the freezer. And use when preparing.
- 2. Take the banana and place into blender.
- 3. Pour the rolled oats.
- 4. Pour the coconut water.
- 5. Add the teaspoon of cinnamon.
- 6. Blend all the ingredients at normal speed for 3 minutes.
- 7. Once texture looks good, put at high speed for 30 seconds.
- 8. Pour into a large glass.
- 9. Drink up.
