Mee Pok Dry using Omnimeat, a plant based meat substitute.
Simple and easy to make.
Just make sure the sauce for the noodles is on point and it will do the trick for a Mee Pok dey noodles
Sauce: 1) 2 tbspoon Vegetarian oyster sauce 2) 1tbspoon of ketchup 3) 1/2 to 1 tbspoon of black vinegar (depending if you prefer sour taste) 4) sambal chilli 1tbspoon or more depending on your spicy level 5) 1 teaspoon sesame oil 6) Add 3 table spoon of soup base to the sauce mixture and mixed together.
Add noodles for the sauce and serve. Easy peasy..
