Abalone Mushroom porridge. Super simple to cook and easy to fill up your stomach because it is watery.
Ingredients all tear or cut to strips 1) abalone mushrooms 2) carrots 3) shiitake mushrooms 4) vegetarian ham
Garnish: 1) coriander leaves 2) ginger strips
Just bowl porridge till half way cook and add in all the ingredients. Add salt to taste. And serve with garnish when done. All you need is small amount of sesame oil and pepper to bring up the aroma smell of the porridge.
