Omurice for lunch. Gosh..the amount of eggs I used for this dish.. is alot. Not easy and really salute those Japanese chefs who can do so nice. Pretty guess I just need to practise more.
Tried the japanese curry that I had bought from the store and not to my liking as they are not spicy. But it is a good experience! π€£
Crispy fried vegetarian prawn and mushrooms as side dish definitely makes the whole lunch more satisfied.
