My very first golden fried rice with vegetarian ham aka 黄金火腿炒饭.

Can be better as I feel that my this batch of rice not soft enough.😅

Hopefully I can make it better the next time. Cross fingers! And maybe really add some gold leaves to it. 😂

1 cup rice with 5 yolks. That is alot.. 🤭🤭
