Typical Mee Hoon Kuay, U mian or ban mian noodles I believe we all are familiar with Xuan Miao but I have to admit their standard drop pretty alot.

@tastevegan1268 Taste is infact better than Xuan Miao IMO coming from a home chef.

The noodles after like 30 minnutes of taking photos with it, it is not soggy and just a little effort to mixed it, it is still springy and does not clump together. The owner mentioned that they have special formula to make the noodles not to be soggy even when it is in packets for delivery. So why not try them?

I tried the soup and dry version and really Jin Ho Jiak if compare with Xuan Miao. No MSG and infact the soup base, I am impressed as they use real veggies broth with some secret recipe of theirs. They are all hard work. No mock meat and all are real veggies. Really lah... can order and try to see of the noodles when dabao is the same as I eat.

Really salute all the home chefs in Singapore to make yummy food.

I like their chilli but can be more spicy since I take can take spicy spicy chilli stuffs.
