Home Cooked Sesame Oil Mushrooms ( chicken) Dry Noodles. I call this is the "Ah Ma Dry noodles" because it taste like HOME.
Using my childhood memories of Sesame Oil dry noodles, I curated this for my own taste and I pretty like the outcome.
Ingredients you can get it from the supermart and do it at home.
1) Hong Kong Wantoon Noodles 2) sesame oil (1/2 cup) 3) Thinnly sliced Ginger (half palm) 4) light soya sauce (1/2 cup) 5) Oyster mushrooms small type(amount up to u) 6) Monkey Head Mushrooms ( amount up to you) 7) Plain water 4 to 5 cups I will only teach the sesame mushrooms (chicken)part. - Fried the ginger slices in the wok with sesame oil till golden brown. - stir fry all the mushrooms in and add light soya sauce in it. After awhile for about 4 minutes, add in the plain water and let it simmer abit. Taste it and adjust according to your liking with salt. - after you are done, place the sesame mushrooms aside. - scoop the sauce onto a bowl for your wanton noodles. Add more sauce if you like the wanton noodles to have more sauce.
Easy to make if you wana try it out.
Important note: Do not over cook the wanton noodles.
