[ Bukit Indah ] Pure Minded Vegetarian
Alright, let's talk about some seriously yummy stuff from Pure Minded Vegetarian in Bukit Indah, Malaysia!
We are looking for new place for us to try and we googled and saw this place. Review is good so we tried it! Woah! Amazed by the food here!
First off, we've got the Chicken cutlet (made from oyster mushroom) Nasi Lemak. You've got fragrant coconut rice hanging out with spicy sambal, crunchy peanuts, and the chicken cutlet is so crispy and yummy! And yes, it is not oily at all!
Then there's Vegetarian Curry Mutton with Tender mutton-like chunks (made of shrooms) swimming in a mouthwatering curry sauce that's loaded with spices and potatoes! Seriously, it's comfort food with rice and kids loved them to max!
Eldest ordered the Creamy Pasta but the noodles texture I prefer the thick spaghetti pasta more as I like how bouncy the noodles are in my mouth. The sauce is thick, creamy and slurpyyyy! *slurps*
The curry puff they had are all handmade and I prefer the skin as it is thin and the potaties are not very spicy with a tinge of sweetness. The very old school type of Epok Epok you used to when the malay macik come to your house to sell.
And last but definitely not least, we've got Wanton Mee. Noodles are springy and the roasted char siew tastes good with the charred bits of it. Youngest loves it and I have to say, this wanton is the best I ever troid in malaysia.
So, if you're up for an awesome food adventure that's not only delicious but also mindful, head over to Pure Minded Vegetarian in Bukit Indah. This place serves up dishes made with love, and Felicia, the supervisor and team are super friendly.
Get ready to have your taste buds screaming in excitement!
